We bought a used car about 3 weeks ago.  We took it to Zylstra to have it checked out.  The car has about 127K miles on it, so obviously there is some wear and tear on it.  Zylstra gave us a complete list of necessary repairs in priority order.  We took it in the next week to get those repairs done - 99% of them were accomplished in short order.  There was one repair that took longer, not because of Zylstra but because the necessary part was/is completely unavailable.  The guys at Zylstra turned over every rock in order to locate the necessary part.  They eventually were able to compensate for the part with some space-age sealant.  The car runs like a top and we could not be more pleased with the work that they did. The guys at Zylstra exhibited a lot of patience with us, I called a few times and my wife also called several times to check on the progress of the part search.  They are to be commended they never got irritated (at least they didn't show it).  We will not hesitate to take any of our cars to Zylstra in the future. They come highly recommended by us. Zyltra Automotive provides excellent service. All the work we have had done there has been very, very good. We have relied on Zylstra's for many years now. We have always been impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the friendliness of everyone. A few times we needed work done very quickly because of travel plans and they got it done. Zylstra's maintains complete records of all work done. This was very helpful when we needed to make an insurance claim. Zylstra's charges have always been reasonable and fair. They always take time to fully explain the expected costs of every repair. We have never been  pressured to do a service or repair. When work is completed they always provide a detailed report of everything done and the charge for the part and the  work done. I took my 2007 Silverado 2500HD Diesel to Zylstra because it was overheating coming back from Pismo over Cuesta Grade HWY 101. From the moment I called Zylstra Auto until the day I picked up my rig I felt confident that they knew exactly what the diagnosis was and how to repair it! It turned out that my truck was experiencing a common problem for this year and make, dust and debris gets trapped between the radiator and condenser and in my case my fan clutch was weak and not fully engaging. I dropped off my truck and it was ready within 48 hours. Well it was time to go back over the grade again but now fully loaded with a 32’ 5th wheel toy hauler loaded with a RZR and two quads. Wow what a relief! my truck temperature never moved north of the halfway point and got us back to Fresno with no problem! These folks are great! - George B (5 star review found on Facebook)

I would like to personally thank Kevin at Zylstra Automotive for being very professional. Kevin replaced my fuel filters on my 2016 Ram diesel 6.7 and was very knowledgeable about the quality of filters used and technical aspect of the installation.
